Welcome to Arabia Contractors ("the Platform"), operated to connect industrial buyers with contracting and service companies across Saudi Arabia. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Arabia Contractors is a discovery and connection platform. We provide a directory where contracting and service companies can list their profiles, and where buyers can search, browse, and post requests for quotation (RFQs). We facilitate discovery and initial contact — we are not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction that results from use of the Platform.
Important: Arabia Contractors does not independently verify the accuracy of company registration numbers (CR), certifications, licenses, GOSI status, or any other information submitted by companies listed on the Platform. All company information is self-declared by the listing company at the time of registration.
Buyers are strongly advised to conduct their own due diligence — including verifying commercial registration, licenses, certifications, insurance, and references — before engaging any company found through the Platform.
All negotiations, agreements, payments, and work performed between buyers and companies listed on the Platform occur directly between those parties. Arabia Contractors is not involved in, and accepts no responsibility or liability for, the quality of work, timeliness, payment disputes, contractual disagreements, or any other matter arising from a transaction between a buyer and a listed company.
When you register a company listing, you create an account using an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree that the information you provide during registration is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Buyers may post RFQs without creating an account. By posting an RFQ, you agree that your name, company (if provided), WhatsApp number, and email (if provided) will be visible to companies browsing open requests on the Platform. Arabia Contractors does not manage, mediate, or store communications, quotes, or payments related to RFQs — all such activity happens directly between the buyer and responding companies.
Users may submit reviews and star ratings for listed companies. Reviews are subject to approval before publication. Arabia Contractors reserves the right to reject, remove, or edit reviews that are abusive, false, or violate these Terms, at its sole discretion.
Users may report a listed company for inaccurate, fraudulent, or inappropriate content. Arabia Contractors reviews reports and may hide or remove listings found to violate these Terms, but is under no obligation to investigate, verify, or act on any specific report.
As of the date of these Terms, listing a company and browsing the Platform is free of charge. Arabia Contractors reserves the right to introduce paid subscription plans or premium features in the future, with reasonable notice provided to existing users before any change affects them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
